Have you noticed that "inclusion" by the democrats, generally means exclusion of the majority of people in favor of a tiny fraction of the population ! the so called inclusion is woke ideology about some mentally ill people questioning their gender, their country, their ability to get pregnant & all sorts of other ridiculous nonsense.
They do the same with "equality" by claiming "equity", which is to make the outcome for everyone be the same, regardless of merit or effort. Equity is not about giving everyone the same opportunities, it is communism disguised as compassion & false virtue signaling
